Q: I found my home and want to submit an offer. How do I do that?
A: By working with one of our agents, we will write all contracts and negotiate all offers on your behalf. We offer digital signing with all documentation, so you are able to complete all necessary paperwork from the comfort of your home.
Q: What comes after an accepted contract?
A: Inspections, Appraisals, and working with your lender and the underwriter to ensure loan approval.
Q: Why should I list my home with an agent versus trying to sell it myself?
A: Data proves that homes listed by a licensed real estate agent close for more than homes sold by an owner. Listing FSBO can result in many unqualified buyers attempting to access your home. In addition, licensed real estate agents have access to the largest networks that exceed just the MLS. Marketing goes beyond just online databases.
